Raise Your Hand if You Love the Park

All Smiles

We are starting to get smiles out of Andrew. I love his wide open grins. He always gives me a big smile after he is finished nursing. It warms my heart each time.

Strong Boy

Andrew is a very strong boy. For being 6 weeks old, he really holds his head up well, and is starting to get some strength in his legs. He had a great time showing this off to Grandpa.

We Made It.

Grandma and Grandpa Johnson live at the top of a big hill. It is a long climb up to the house. Mommy decided to take us down to get the mail. It was a long enough trip that Elizabeth had a snack while we were gone. The hike put me to sleep. Mommy sure did get a good workout pushing us up the hill.

Look What I Did

Andrew pulled the pacifier out of his mouth while he was in his swing. This is the first time he has found something with his hands.

Idaho is Green

We made it to Grandma and Grandpa Johnson's in Idaho today. Tonight Grandma Johnson took us on a walk to show us all the pretty native plants and flowers in her yard. It is nice to be out of Arizona and the heat.

The View at Lake Powell

During our trip to Idaho Mommy and Daddy stopped at Lake Powell. It was really bright outside, so I couldn't see very much.

Johnson Toes

Andrew has Johnson hammer toes. He can curl them tighter than Mommy or Elizabeth.

Me and my Dad

Andrew is starting to smile. It warms our hearts to watch his little personality grow and develop. I love watching my two boys together. Happy Father's Day Dad.

Kisses

My sister loves to give me kisses. Today she was full of stories too.

1 Month

Andrew is one month old today. He is a very strong boy. In this picture he is pushing against Daddy's shoulders and holding his head up all by himself. He has really settled into a routine, and is quite happy just to watch the rest of the family move around the house.

Wiggle

Andrew likes to wiggle himself to the top of the bassinet. It doesn't matter where I lay him down, he will always manage to move himself up. He must like the feel of the bumper on his head.

My first trip to Idaho

Daddy took a new job working for the Border Patrol. He will be in Artisia, NM for 4 months for some training, so Mommy is taking Elizabeth and I to Idaho. It should be a really fun summer with Grandma and Grandpa Johnson.

My Eyes Are Working

Andrew is beginning to see more and more. He will follow me with his eyes and turn his head to look at me. I think he can also see his sister run around the house. We love this little guy!

Three Years

Jeremy and I have been married 3 years today. The time has flown by and we have 2 beautiful children. We are very grateful for their sweet spirits and their happy dispositions. They are very special and we are thrilled to spend each day with them.
Jeremy and I feel very lucky and blessed each day. Jeremy has a good job that provides for our needs and allows me to be home where I need to be. I love being a mother. Watching Elizabeth and Andrew grow and learn new things is amazing.
Jeremy is such a good father. He is mindful of each of their needs and makes sure time is spent with each child every day. He also does a wonderful job of making me feel loved and appreciated. I hope he feels the same.

Getting Sleepy

Swings are amazing inventions. Andrew loves spending time in the swing. He sits up and is able to be a part of the family, especially during meal times. It also does a really good job of putting Andrew to sleep. His eyes always droop quickly when the swing is going.
