Check out these beautiful baby blue eyes. Andrew sat up all by himself for the first time today. He is gaining more and more balance every day. He isn't quite crawling. He will do a one two move and then lay back down and army crawl.

Giggling
I love listening to my Andrew giggle. Daddy really had him going tonight. This was Andrew's 2nd full night of sleeping. He has been sleeping from 6 pm to 6 am. It is wonderful to finally get a good nights rest, and Andrew is so much happier because of it.

The Best Babysitter
We had the best visit with my sister over the weekend. The kids loved playing with her. She also gave Mommy and Daddy some much needed date time. We are so grateful for her willingness to come and visit us.
This is what we found when we got home.
Thank you Mary Ann!!!!

All Grown Up-8 Months
Look how grown up my Andrew is. He still has two teeth on the bottom. I am thinking more will appear soon. He is over 20 lbs. He is in 18 month tops and 12 month pants. He definitely has a build like Grandpa Johnson. Probably the best thing about Andrew is he really loves his sister. Everything she is doing, he wants to do. He loves it when she tackles him or gives him the biggest bear hug. He also loves when she drops something he wants. Those arms have some power behind them and propel him anywhere he wants to go.
Andrew is still struggling with sleeping through the night. He will do really good for about a week, giving Mommy so much hope, but then begins to struggle again. Someday he will learn it is much better to sleep continuously at night. (I hope.)

Thank You
I have to give a shout out to our friend Melody for making such cute headers for Andrew and Elizabeth's blogs. They are wonderful. I love them! Thank You Melody! You are so talented.
On the Porch!
I was cooking some chicken on the bbq when I turned around and found Andrew ON THE PORCH....And I didn't put him there. Elizabeth left the sliding door open and he managed to wiggle himself out onto the concrete. My boy is quick! He saw his sister playing with the watering can and wanted it, so he went for it. The day he learns how to get his knees under him instead of army craw it's all over! I think he will be more of an explorer and climber than Elizabeth.
